We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds and exchanges within 10 days after your order has been delivered.
All items must be unused and unwashed and in original condition with the tag still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 14 days.
Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like returned or exchanged. Be sure to get a tracking number for your records and allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered.

*Custom orders/Made to order items:
Due to all of our items being handmade, all Custom orders/Made-to-order items CANNOT be returned, exchanged or canceled.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:
In the instance that tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s).
If after 2-3 additional business days you still have not received your package, contact us at info@maxynnegroup.com.
Upon notification from you (customer), we will open a case. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or give you store credit.
Delays may occur due to customs duties. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal services for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
