Shipping and Delivery

We ship in 1-3 business days!  We will include on-time, verified tracking information. 

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days Monday-Friday unless the item is a Custom order/Made to order or back order.

 

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 


We may ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx which will also be verified and tracked.  

Please contact us if you need other Express Shipping options.


Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- Starts at $4.99 via USPS First Class Package

Priority shipping (2-3 business days)- Starts at $10 via USPS Priority

Next Business Day via UPS- Your order will be processed on the same day if order is received by 12 noon (Monday-Friday) EST (US) *Saturday is not a Delivery day.


***Expedited shipping for International orders: Orders can be tracked after the package has left the U.S. Prices vary depending on weight and final delivery location

USPS Express 3-5 Business days

USPS Priority 6-10 Business days 


Custom/Made to Order Items have a standard 5-10 business day turnaround time.  If you need your order rushed, please contact us before you place your order.


Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hrs (Monday-Friday) after the order has been placed.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS: 

In the instance that tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 2-3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s).

If after 2-3 additional business days you still have not received your package, contact us at info@maxynnegroup.com

  

Upon notification from the you (customer), we will open a case. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or give you store credit. A refund will not be issued.


Delays may occur due to customs duties. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal services for further information concerning custom duties or fees.
